Community Home Care is a Personal, Homemaker, & Companion Care Provider assisting Medicaid-Medicare members within the Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, and Mountain Home region.
Founded June of 2021, Community Home Care is locally owned and operated. The Agency Administration is comprised of only two Administrators and two Registered Nurses, available to assist members and staff daily.
