Employment within Community Home Care is a comfortable and rewarding experience. Staff are empowered to proactively improve member livelihoods and are granted vast autonomy to complete caregiver duties per the member Service Agreement. Applicants are encouraged to request meet-and-greets to assess possible assignments. Community Home Care coordinates and assigns staff to compatible members only.

Onboarding
Training
- Approximately one-and-a-half hours.
- Conducted by Agency Administrator and Registered Nurse.
- Completed prior to services rendered.
Documentation
- Comprised of Employment Agreement, Handbook, Direct Deposit, W4s, I-9, Health Screening, Driver’s License, and Training Materials.
- Digitally signed within Adobe or physically mailed upon request.
- Completed prior to services rendered.
Background Check
- Application submitted digitally within Background Check Unit webpage.
- Background Check clearances eligible for transfer to Community Home Care per fingerprint completion within three years of application submission.
- Fingerprint completion by the Background Check Unit required within 21 dates of application submission per previous fingerprint completion greater than three years prior to application submission.
- Completed prior to services rendered.
